    compressor keeps blowing fuse

    well like the title says for some reason my fuse for the compressor keeps blowing i double checked the connections and everything seems fine, it was working perfect for over a week and out of nowhere when i tryed to calibrate the system it suddenly stopped working, then i tried and replace it and again it blew. any body have any clue my car is in the garage and i dont want to use it incase i run out of air

    what size fuse you using and how many compressors

    It might be the check valve...typically if it will full from 0psi to 150psi or whatever your pressure sender is rated at and doesn't blow a fuse but once the tank pressure drops and the compressor has to kick back on then it blows the fuse that's a good sign it's the check valve. If blows it right away even with 0psi in the tank...might be time for a new one.

    it kept blowing it but what is the check valve im sorta new to air suspension and now the compressor doesnt come on at all checked all the fuses connections everything it just doesnt come on

    it is a 30amp fuse and i think its th viar 380 if im not mistaken but now the compressor doesnt kcome on and ive only had the compressor for maybe 2 months at max

    Check valve is this right here, broh.


    Remove it, turn it on and see what it does.

    mine kept blowing the fuse too. Air Lift replaced mine right away.

    The compressor was included as a part of the Autopilot V2 kit. Give Airlift a call and they will take care of you.
