Sam’s Bagged Mazda3

It’s scary being an early adopter of new technology.  Taking existing products and slapping them into a new platform sounds simple on its own, however when Sam Mahmassani decided to bag his Mazda3 the only source of information to go to in case something went wrong was himself.

Sam’s been keeping us up to date in our Forum on the progression of his Bag Build so we’ve been able to see first hand what the first bagged 3′s in Montreal looks like.  Thanks to Wing at AirREX Air Suspension for the bags, Bag Riders for the Air Lift Autopilot V2 management system, the guys at All Day Fab for the custom Lower Control Arms, and Vitali at Strasse Autowerks, Sam’s 3 will serve as inspiration to a whole new generation of air ride enthusiasts.

Stay tuned for a full feature of his ride but until then follow his build thread over here and be sure to ask any questions if you’ve got them:
