Austin’ Simply clean Mk2 Golf

When’s the last time that you found a clean Mk2 Golf with only 80 000 original miles ?

Well Austin is one of them lucky fellas, and it didn’t take much for it to become that simple & perfect Golf. What’s amazing is that even in 2011, we can’t get tired of seeing the old school flavor of the 80’s.

This car is the perfect little toy that every Dubber wishes they have parked in their garages, waiting for a nice day to go cruise along the coast.

Most of you guys will probably have a hard time pin pointing every single mod on this car because it’s all composed of OEM+ parts.

The wheel lovers should all know the prestigious BBS RS131’s. If they didn’t, well you get to see them in a staggered 16x8F and 16x9R setup.

Since we don’t get to see bagged Mk2’s every corner, here’s the air suspension setup that Austin went with:

  • Air Lift bag over B&G coils
  • Chapman strut and bag in the rear
  • 3 gallon tank
  • 400cc Viair compressor
  • 2 switches

Big thanks to Joey Chrisman for the pictures
